News You Need To Know
Meetings
The Annual Meeting for the membership of Crestlake Homeowners' Association is scheduled for Sunday, January 25, 2009. This important meeting will be held at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 802 E. Douglas St. beginning at 3:00 p.m. A regular meeting of the Board of Directors will also be held immediately following the Annual Meeting. Agendas for both meetings will be posted for your convenience at Creastlake.org and signs will be placed throughout the subdivision prior to the meetings.

This is a quick update about new things you will find at Crestlake.org.
Two albums were added to the Photo Gallery. One has adorable pictures of the kids in wonderful costumes taken at the Halloween Parade and Festivities. The other has enjoyable pictures of the creative Halloween decorations on the homes in Crestlake.
The minutes of the September 11 Board of Directors meeting were approved at the November 13 meeting. They can be found in the Meetings section of the website under Board of Directors.
The Babysitters Committee has started accepting names for the Babysitters List. Babysitters of Crestlake homeowners who are in good standing with the Crestlake Homeowners' Association may be added to the list. Babysitters must be at least 12 years old. The form to add names to the list can be found in the Babysitters section of the website.
A more complete newsletter will be emailed mid-December mailed directly to every Crestlake home in early January. I encourage you to spread the word among your neighbors and have them sign up to receive association newsletters via email.

October 17, 2008 Babysitters Committee Meeting
Do you need a babysitter? Are you available to babysit? A kick-off meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 23 at 7 p.m. It will be held at the ESDA Building, 201 N. Second St. (behind IGA). The purpose of this meeting is to begin organizing a list of babysitters for Crestlake families. We are looking for input from parents with children that can babysit and from parents that need a babysitter. Please come with your ideas, suggestions and questions. We will brainstorm ideas about how a list of babysitters can be carefully created and safely distributed. See the meeting notice at Crestlake.org for more information. |
