PONDS AND COMMONS
Muskrats have returned to Grand and Park Ponds. Please remind your children that muskrats carry diseases and should not be touched at anytime.
A trapper who is licensed to trap muskrats as a hobby is being sought to again try to trap the muskrats during trapping season, 11/5/2010 – 1/25/2011. If you know of anyone who is licensed as a hobbyist to trap muskrats, please encourage that person to contact Elmer Nicklas through the CHOA hotline.

The Board of Directors revised the Rules and Regulations Governing the Common Areas at the April 14 Board meeting. You can view them at the link above or on the Documents page.

All solicitors must register with the Village office. Each solicitor receives their own card. If they do not have a Peddler's Card from the Village, they are NOT registered. The card will have a Village signature and the Village Seal imprinted on the card.
Village residents have been having trouble with solicitors being rude, appearing after dark, and being disrespectful. If you have any problems, call the Village office if it is during the work day (469-7371) or if after work hours, call the non-emergency number for the County (333-8911).
