Crestlake Homeowners Association

The babysitter must be at least 12 years old. A parent must complete this form if the babysitter is younger than 18. Once it has been submitted, a member of the Babysitters Committee will call you within two to three days and confirm the information.

A parent of the babysitter must be a homeowner in Crestlake Subdivision and be in good standing with the Crestlake Homeowners' Association.

The Babysitters List will be emailed directly to Crestlake parents who request to receive it. We will not post the list on this website.

The Crestlake Homeowners' Association respects your privacy. We will provide only the personal information necessary to adequately inform users of the Crestlake Babysitters List. Please see our Privacy Statement at the bottom of any page on this website.
