Please complete this form to receive a list of babysitters which will be emailed to you by the Babysitters Committee. You must be a homeowner in Crestlake Subdivision and be in good standing with the Crestlake Homeowners' Association.
Since the Babysitters Committee is composed of volunteers, it may take two or three days to receive the list.
This list is offered as a convenience to our homeowners. The Crestlake Homeowners' Association does not recommend nor endorse any babysitter. Parents must always carefully screen every potential babysitter to ensure that the babysitter can provide adequate supervision.
