WOODARD’S CRESTLAKE HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION
INFORMAL MEETING
May 22, 2007 @ 7:00 p.m.
El Toro Restaurant, St. Joseph, IL

Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Volunteer, Angela Page.

ATTENDANCE:

• Discussion of Summons and Complaint served on Francis Jahn, the Association’s attorney, regarding a foreclosure lawsuit pending in Champaign County.  Wells Fargo Bank vs. Christian LeGrand, et al., 07-CH-145.  It was decided that no action would be taken on said Complaint as the attorney’s fees would be greater than the balance of dues owed.
  
  
• Discussion of getting bills paid.  Kevin Franzen, who does the Association’s mowing, has an outstanding bill of $2,300.00 that represents services rendered from March through April.
  
  
• Review of surveys received by Homeowners.
  
  
• Discussed By-Laws and the changes to be made thereto.
  
  
• Went over upcoming expenses as well as yearly expenses/quotes.
  
  
• Discussed upcoming Homeowner’s Meeting scheduled for May 31 and the presentation of information thereof.

Meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:20 p.m.
