Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Volunteer, Jim Page.

• Deputy Hallett spoke to group about Neighborhood Watch Program
  
  
• Jim Page addressed attendees as to overview of Association status.
  
  
• Open floor discussion regarding election process, term of board members and web page.
  
  
• Volunteers were asked to come forward to be elected to Board.

General Membership Meeting Motions:

• Motion to elect an Interim Board of Directors to serve until the December Annual Meeting.
  • Motion made by Ernie Monk
  • Seconded by Mary Grove
  • Motion passed by voice vote
    
    
• Motion to accept the nine volunteers listed below as the Interim Board of Directors.
