  • Jim Page went over report from Berns Clancy engineering firm. Hawthorne North and South are first priority with an estimate of approximately $36,000.00 in projected costs.

  • Motion to adopt proposal of Berns Clancy and send out guidelines to contractors to get bids.
    • Motion made by Rick Edwards
    • Seconded by Angie Foster
    • Motion Carried

      (Goal is to have bids back by January 24, 2008 Board Meeting.)

  • Next meeting set for January 24, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall.

  • Motion to adjourn.
