ATTENDANCE:

• Motion to adopt Minutes of the November Board Meeting.

• Jim Page gave overview of 2007 activities and progress.
  
  
• Review of Treasurer’s Report
  • Sandi went over balances and expenditures in 2007 as well as assessment collection status.
    
    
• Jim Page went over projected budget, discussion of ponds regarding maintenance, drainage, recreational use and liability.
  
  
• Ernie Monk suggested having an engineer check 402-404 Cypress Court regarding the walkway. City put a barricade over storm sewer.
  
  
• Motion for Interim Board to continue to term. January meeting will include choosing 1 year and 2 year terms.
