Babysitters Committee Meeting
Do you need a babysitter? Are you available to babysit?

A kick-off meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 23 at 7 p.m. It will be held at the ESDA Building, 201 N. Second St. (behind IGA).

The purpose of this meeting is to begin organizing a list of babysitters for Crestlake families. We are looking for input from parents with children that can babysit and from parents that need a babysitter.

Please come with your ideas, suggestions and questions. We will brainstorm ideas about how a list of babysitters can be carefully created and safely distributed.

Meet at the pavilion for a short parade followed by a costume contest, snacks, bobbing for apples and other fun activities. Treat bags will be available for the first 100 kids. Costume contest age brackets: 0-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-10, 11-15, 16-99. Ribbons will be awarded for first, second and third place in each age bracket.

We are looking for volunteers to assist at the event with the games and the costume contest. If you are willing to help, visit Crestlake.org and contact Social Committee chair, Angela Page.

Trick or Treat Hours
St. Joseph has set the time for Halloween Trick or Treat: Friday, October 31, 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. Have fun and be safe!

Board of Directors Meeting
The next Crestlake board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 13 at 7 p.m. It will be held at the St. Joseph Township Building, 400 W. Sherman St. (west of Kolb Park). A few days before the meeting, signs will be displayed throughout Crestlake and the agenda will be posted at Crestlake.org. We look forward to seeing you there.

Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Crestlake Homeowners' Association is scheduled for Sunday, January 25, 2009. This special meeting will include the election of board members for 2009, as well as a review of 2008 association activities and finances. The location and time will be announced later.
