Approval of Minutes
     – Motion to approve January Annual Meeting minutes – Motion made and carried
     – Motion to approve January Board minutes- Motion made and carried

Treasurer’s Report
     – Treasurer’s Report approved.
     – There are still 22 unpaid owners and letters from our attorney have been sent.
     – Paul is working with our new accountant and is in process of handing things to him.

Secretary’s Report
     – Nothing to report

Committee Reports
Architectural
     – Nothing to report

Ponds and Commons
     – Nothing to report

Web and Communications
     – This will now be divided into two sections but remain the Web and Communications committee. Mike Anderson will keep Web part and Ginny Bolan will take Communications part.
     – There are now 161 residents receiving the newsletter via email. A newsletter summary went out in January after annual meeting.

Babysitter’s List
     – One more family requested the list. There are now 46 families that have the list.

Neighborhood Watch/Social
     – Neighborhood Watch worked diligently at the Janaury meeting to set up a calendar of events for 2010 with many great ideas planned.
     – Meetings have been relocated to La Luna Cafe for the remainder of the year at 7:00 p.m.

Hotline Report
     – There were no calls in the month of January. Mike and Art will now receive the calls regarding the hotline. Mike is also looking into ways to save money regarding the monthly phone bill for the hotline. He will give an update at next meeting.

Open Issues
     – Open board member position: Elmer has been working diligently to find a new board member and has talked to at least five people but has not had any success. Jim also spoke with someone that he has approached several times but has not had any luck.
     – Trampoline: The letter regarding the trampoline that needs to be moved from the commonns area has been sent to the owner with a deadline of Feb. 20 to have it moved before the Association has to take further action. There has been no contact from the owner. The Association will be contacting the insurance company and attorney to take matters further if nothing is done.

New Business
     – Ice fishing: Over the weekend there were people ice fishing on Grand Pond. The board has agreed that ice fishing should not be allowed on the ponds for liability reasons. The board will review the Rules and Regulations prior to the next meeting and making any necessary changes.
