- Annual report was signed by President and will be mailed out prior to June 1 deadline
- Litigation Attorney at Meyer Capel, P.C. is in process of having three remaining unpaid homeowners served with Complaint and Summons (Beck, Dalton & Imeri)
- Review of e-mail from Matt Deering in response to Jim Page’s prior e-mail regarding Homeowners’ Association Architectural Committee vs. Village of St. Joseph regarding building permits.
- Options for Board if homeowners do not comply with Covenants/Restrictions/Architectural Committee regarding building standards, as per Meyer Capel litigation attorney – i.e. injunction filing.
- Discussion regarding Pond Study ordered by the Village.
- Motion for Board to pay for ½ of the Pond Study, not to exceed $700.00, if Village agrees to copy Homeowners’ Association Board on all building permits within 24 hours of issuance.

- Motion to send out letter to homeowners with information regarding Covenants/Architectural Committee, 2008 dues, litigation information, no sporting activities on commons areas (with possible inclusion of insurance agent’s letter regarding same), etc.

- Discussion of resignation of Angie Foster from the Board/Vice President position.

- Ernie Monk to start informing Hawthorne residents of upcoming pond work being done on the home side of the Hawthorne ponds.
- Marine Biochemist Contract was approved.
- Motion to discuss pond clean up and pond erosion work with local Boy Scouts with a possible $100.00 contribution to be made.

- Meeting with TruGreen representatives to go over options.

- Motion for Kevin Franzen to have TruGreen contact Biochemists for consultation and have TruGreen come back with proposal broken down by each commons area.
