- 33 people left to pay annual dues.
- Accounts update of approximately $47,000 to be invested total $68,000 with current CDs.
- Outstanding bills: McGladrey for third mailing, Social Committee.

- Introduction of Tom Berns and Don Wauthier from Berns, Clancy and Associates. Mr. Berns presented information that the Village has a new pipe for much better outlet of drainage. With this being said, this benefits the entire Village. Mr. Berns reviewed proposal for Professional Engineering services to evaluate repair of shoreline erosion of HOA ponds.
- Motion made by Sandi Schopp to execute contract with BCA not to exceed $4,000.

- Architectural Committee: discussion regarding fences being too close or on property line.
- Social Committee: Halloween parade with great attendance of 175 children. Total expenses of $152.67.
Social Committee Report - Ponds and Common Areas: No one present for report. See above presentation from BCA.
- Motion made by Jim Brock to invest money in 90 day CD.

- Jim Page reviewed 4 year budget plan.
- Discussion regarding annual meeting in December. Angie Foster to try to reserve Prince of Peace Church for Sunday, December 9th, 3 p.m.
