Approval of Minutes from September Board Meeting
Michelle moved the minutes from the September 19, 2013 meeting be approved.
Daniel seconded the motion.
Motion unaninousliy approved.
Committee Reports:
Treasurer’s report – Dennis Hueber
Review of the monthly report from Judie Puzey.
To date 8 homeowners have not paid the annual fee.
Daniel moved approval of the report.
Michelle seconded the motion.
Motion unanimously approved.
Secretary’s report – Adana Adams

The Leader newspaper will be notified of the CHOA meeting dates for 2014 for publication.
Daniel moved approval of the secretary’s report.

Architectural Committee – Michael Birt
No report.
Ponds and Commons – Daniel Wilson
Daniel reported that the contracts with Duce Construction and Ribbe have been executed and work can begin. If the winter is mild enough repairs will be done on Park and Grand ponds soon to have stones replaced and cement work done. Work on Magnolia will probably wait until spring.
The maximum amount was spent in 2013 for treatment of weeds in the ponds. In the future Daniel felt that only one treatment should be needed.
