– As for 2010 dues, there are still about 77 unpaid.
– The second notice is due to be mailed out soon. The third notice will begin the legal action if not paid. Paul and Mike will work on a plan regarding the second and third notices.

Architectural Committee
– No report
Ponds and Commons Committee
– Pond remediation is complete.
Web and Communications Committee
– No change to the mailing list
Babysitters Committee
– Nothing to report
Hotline Report
– There were five calls to the Hotline in July.
Neighborhood Watch Committee
– The Christmas decorating contest was cancelled due to lack of interest.
– The Child Safety Event planning is going well.
