Jaime reported that we have had four deposits from late dues fees. We discussed adding a late payment fee of $25.00 to the annual dues for those who don’t pay their annual dues on time.

Architectural Committee
– Plans for an above ground pool were submitted. Nothing for association to do.
Ponds and Commons Committee
– There are problems with Magnolia Pond. The rock is medium-size river rock and it was never installed with fabric. This has caused the rock to sink into the dirt. Rip Rap needs to be installed to prevent the rocks from going into the water. However installing rip rap may not be feasible.
– Erosion has started on Park and Grand Ponds.
– Waiting on cost to aerate Magnolia Pond. MX Electric stated they may be willing to do some work for advertising on our website.
– Kevin Franzen suggested that we fertilize and get weed control applied on commons areas. True Green submitted a bid of $5,300. We will get a bid from Spring Green.
– Elmer would like to add hybrid sun fish to the two Hawthorne Ponds. Elmer will incur the cost of these fish.

– February 19 meeting was attended by only two people. There is another meeting scheduled for Thursday March 18.
